2. The company is not a law firm and does not provide legal immigration advice.
3. The administrative fee is not a visa fee, government fee or job placement fee.
4. Payment covers application review, CV preparation and candidate database registration.
5. Registration does not guarantee employment.
6. Registration does not guarantee a job offer.
7. Registration does not guarantee a work permit, LMIA, visa or permanent residence.
8. Immigration decisions are made only by Canadian authorities.
9. Employers make independent hiring decisions.
10. The candidate is responsible for providing truthful and complete information.
11. False information may result in removal from the database.
12. Fees are administrative and non-refundable once CV preparation or profile review has started.
13. The candidate agrees to be contacted by email, phone or WhatsApp.
14. The candidate consents to the company using their information for recruitment purposes.
15. The candidate may request removal from the database at any time.
